Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Automation Developer & Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to design and maintain automation solutions. You will build VB/VBA automation, Excel macros, and Python-based tools to improve workflows in the Revenue Cycle.

Experience with Boston Workstation and Cognizant apps is preferred. The role involves collaborating with revenue cycle leadership, supporting call center users, and ensuring data security compliance while delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with Visual Basic/VBA scripting and Excel macros.
• Proficiency in Python/Selenium for automation and web automation.
• Experience with Boston Workstation and Cognizant applications.
• Knowledge of SFTP and automated file movement processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions.
• Create and support Excel macros and VBA-based tools.
• Develop automations within Boston Workstation to boost performance.
• Review claim data and QA claim examples in Athena Health.
• Use Python and APIs to implement automation across platforms.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Provide technical support to call center staff and end users.
• Document automation processes and ensure data security compliance.
