Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced program manager to lead automation initiatives within Payment Integrity from planning to delivery. You will secure resources, manage budgets, risks, and changes, and ensure on-time completion within scope and cost targets while aligning with business goals.

You will coach teams on KPIs, apply data visualization to report progress, and drive continuous improvement across the automation portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in program management, process improvement, or operations, ideally within healthcare claims or payment integrity.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a specialist on automation program planning, developing comprehensive plans that encompass objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Adapts automation program plans to ensure alignment with Payment Integrity business objectives and organizational standards.
• Applies developed knowledge of financial management principles to manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for automation programs.
• Coaches team members on how to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and analyze automation program outcomes.
• Coordinates knowledge sharing across the automation program to highlight success stories and improve delivery practices through insights.
• Contributes to a continuous improvement plan for the Payment Integrity automation portfolio to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
• Designs the change management protocol to effectively respond to obstacles that may arise during automation program lifecycles.
• Utilizes data visualization tools and techniques to present automation program data in a visually appealing, easily understandable format.
• Participates in program team training and development activities to enhance automation program management skills and knowledge.
