Job summary

CVS Health in Rhode Island seeks an Automation Developer & Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to design, build, test and maintain automation solutions that improve workflows and reduce manual effort across the Revenue Cycle.

The role requires strong VBA, Excel macro development, Python, Selenium, and API knowledge, plus experience with Boston Workstation and Cognizant applications to support operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience programming with Visual Basic/VBA scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, macros and automated reporting.
• Experience using Boston Workstation to develop automated processes.
• Python/Selenium for web automation.
• Experience with Cognizant applications and SFTP file transfers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions for Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Review claim data and automate quality checks within Athena Health.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• Provide technical support and ensure data security and compliance.
• Document automation processes and monitor file transfers.
