Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical billing experience with denials and payer follow-up.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; quick to learn new billing software.
• Clear on the phone and in writing with payers, practices and patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims until resolved.
• Submit claims, post payments and handle charge entry.
• Build monthly A/R reports for clients.
• Take billing calls from patients and questions from practices you support.
