• Supports daily operations; problem solves with staff to meet needs.
• Runs and saves daily/weekly/monthly reports; sources to Level II analyst.
• Utilizes Excel VBA macros and templates to complete tasks.
• Meets information, reporting, and analytics requirements for performance.
• Analyzes workflows; presents findings and new business strategies.
• Performs root cause analysis on AR reports and suggests corrections.
• Maintains compliant tracking for contract management and audits.
• Upholds data integrity across the data pipeline and improves methods.
• Demonstrates reliable attendance and aligns with Northwell Health values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
