Job summary

UMass Memorial Health seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to monitor and improve the hospital billing revenue cycle. The role focuses on extracting data from billing systems, building dashboards, and providing timely reports to support decision-making and compliance.

Experience with EPIC and strong Excel skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across IT and clinical departments to drive process improvements. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a potential signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare billing or similar.
• Experience with revenue cycle software and EPIC.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and analyzes data from billing systems to build reports.
• Develops dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
• Responds to information requests and maintains change control.
• Collaborates with IT and hospital departments to improve reports.
