Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting or CAH consulting role.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• MEDITECH experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the charge master and pricing information to support accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Analyze billing discrepancies, reimbursement trends, and revenue cycle processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support payer contracting, negotiations, and contractual reimbursement reviews.
• Maintain hospital price transparency information in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare monthly cost report estimates and review contractual adjustments.
• Assist with Medicare cost report preparation and related financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams to improve revenue accuracy and operational effectiveness.
