A leading eye care provider located in Michigan is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their Revenue Cycle Management department. This role involves managing invoice communications, reviewing unpaid claims, and creating financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of accounts receivable experience, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. The position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts receivable required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency in relevant Microsoft applications is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Manage communications related to invoices and bills.
• Maintain knowledge of bookkeeping policies and perform audits.
• Process and record unique billing situations.
• Review unpaid claims and initiate collection follow-ups.
• Create reports documenting profits and losses.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB’s)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Educación

HS Diploma or G.E.D.

1+ years of experience in accounts receivable
