Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health and Human Services, Management, Public Health or similar field.
• Minimum 6 years in a complex healthcare institution and/or regulatory compliance/auditing, including 2 years of management experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, JD, MHA, MS, MA, PhD) preferred; strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to compliance personnel for regulatory monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Represent Mayo Clinic at national conferences and lead policies/systems implementation.
• Lead administrative and allied health staff management, and contribute to strategic planning.
