From the 1930 Ventures family, Benco Dental seeks a Revenue Billing Intern to support the Revenue team in billing, accounting, and month-end close activities in a corporate finance setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting/Finance.
• Ability to commit to 15 hours per week during Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Journal Entries and assist in month-end close process, including account reconciliations.
• Process monthly billing files and support data analysis for the Revenue team.
• Assist with research projects and ad hoc data requests.
• Provide general administrative support: scanning, filing, and mail distribution.

1930 Ventures is searching for a Revenue Billing Intern, in our Shared Service division, for the Spring 2027 semester.

The Revenue Billing Intern will support the Revenue team with key billing, accounting, and month-end close activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a corporate finance environment. This position will assist with processing monthly billing files, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting other month‑end close responsibilities.

The intern will work closely with members of the Revenue team to ensure billing transactions are processed accurately, and timely, financial activity is properly recorded, and account balances are supported and reconciled. This role will also provide exposure to financial reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program (Accounting/Finance Degree)
• Ability to work 15 hours per week
• A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
