Job summary

Apache Casino Hotel is seeking a Revenue Audit Clerk to diligently perform all revenue audit activities in accordance with company policies and controls. You will compile audit records for month-end reporting and respond to W2G and win/loss inquiries.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of guest and team member service; a Fort Still Apache Gaming License is required. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months of related experience in administrative or accounting setting.
  • Formal training to work with accounting systems required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and financial data programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Fort Still Apache Gaming License.

Responsibilities

The team member may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check and drug-screening test and obtain a gaming license.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDSix months’ related experience and/or training in an administrative or accounting office environment performing clerical dutiesFormal training needed to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and ability to work with accounting systemsStrong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and financial data-based programsGood written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbility to obtain and maintain a Fort Still Apache Gaming License
