  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word; PowerPoint a plus).
  • Proficiency in 10-key, general office equipment and casino/hospitality systems.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to write reports, department procedures and correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive with an attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of audit procedures on all gaming and non-gaming revenue activities and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures; reviewing to ensure the accuracy of revenues that are recorded in gaming and non-gaming systems; ensuring variances and problems are properly investigated and reconciled; supervising the effective and efficient operations on assigned shift.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
  • Assist with development and training of new Team Members and training of any procedure changes or updates.
  • Review daily audits of gaming (Table Games, Slots, Cage and Kiosk) and non-gaming (Food & Beverage, Hotel, Retail and Ticketing) revenue and comps performed by Revenue Audit Clerks to verify compliance with Minimum Internal Controls (MICS).
  • Assist, as needed, with daily gaming and non-gaming audits and reconciliation of revenues and variances.
  • Prepare weekly schedule to ensure adequate coverage of all audits and responsibilities.
  • Monitor Audit Clerks throughout their shift to ensure timely completion of all job duties.
  • Work with other departments to reconcile variances, issues, and problems.
  • Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with Revenue Audit team members.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all revenue reporting.
  • Provide feedback on job performance to Revenue Audit Clerks.
  • Create a work environment that promotes teamwork and recognition.
  • Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly gaming MICS requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
  • Completes and maintains all records, documents, forms, reports, and other required paperwork applicable to Revenue Audit team personnel, processes, and transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This position supervises Revenue Audit Clerks and supports the Revenue Audit Manager and the Revenue Audit Team.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years revenue audit experience in a high-volume casino/resort.

Preferred
  • At least one (1) year supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting.
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks as assigned.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
  • Close spaces while working with others.
