Job summary

Lumion is seeking a Director of Sales to own the next phase of revenue growth within the career schools market. You will be hands-on in deals, close to customers, and responsible for building the sales engine Lumion needs for its next chapter.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership, manage and develop the existing sales team, and shape the processes, talent, and cadence required to turn a large market opportunity into predictable revenue.

Qualifications

• You’ve carried a revenue number in a B2B environment and can point to measurable revenue growth.
• You’re a builder who creates structure, processes, and scalable growth as the company expands.
• You’re still a seller capable of handling important deals and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue target and manage forecasting and pipeline health.
• Win the career school market by deepening presence in trade and technical education.
• Sell the AI operating system as a platform across engagement, enrollment, payments, and student success.
• Help identify and test the next market alongside leadership and Product.
• Build and lead the sales team, balancing hands-on deals with organization design.
• Create a predictable sales engine with rigorous pipeline management, pricing, and metrics.
