Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking an Expense Consultant to partner with the CRO, coordinating analytics, vendor data, and pricing initiatives. This role enables leadership to focus on revenue growth by acting as the central coordinator for analytics, customer lifecycle management, and pricing projects.

The position supports vendor data management, customer success, and strategic projects, preparing spend data and reports while driving data-driven insights to optimize programs.

Qualifications

• Data organization and spend analysis experience.
• Experience with procurement analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFP/bid processes or B2B customer management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for vendor data, customer success, and pricing initiatives.
• Serve as CRO's primary coordination partner for analytics and reporting.
• Support RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and pricing analysis.
• Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports.
• Identify opportunities to maximize Prime Source programs and contracts.
• Participate in bid and proposal development and project coordination.
