Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or related work experience; some roles may accept an Associate's degree/technical diploma.
Degree in business discipline preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data issues and root cause analysis.
Experience with revenue‑generating programs, preferably IP/publishing/data.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, and conditional formatting.
Ability to analyze, cleanse, validate, and reconcile large datasets for insights.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision making.
Familiarity with Power Query/Power Pivot and Excel data modeling is a plus.
Relational data concepts and automated reporting familiarity.
Ability to reconcile, validate, and audit data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Review and process subscription, licensing, and royalty transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Investigate data issues in complex Excel workbooks and implement accurate solutions.
Maintain program records for budget analysis and reporting.
Monitor sales/royalty financials and report progress toward business objectives.
Develop KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Post API documents to an online platform and assist with program operations.
