Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication to present findings across teams
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
• Familiarity with SQL or similar data extraction tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze product, regional and shipment data to identify trends and licensing opportunities
• Support licensing notification campaigns by tracking outbound notices and follow-ups
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and identify patterns and performance trends
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI); set up monitoring and alerts and present insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Program, Finance, Legal and Operations to translate business questions into analysis and tracking frameworks
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline licensing workflows and use AI tools to improve efficiency
