Real Chemistry is seeking a curious, technically skilled Business Analyst to turn complex commercial data into clear, trusted insights that guide business decisions. As part of Revenue Analytics, you will support the reporting and analytical foundations used to understand pipeline health, bookings performance, win rates, conversion, forecasting, and other go-to-market priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reconcile data and develop conclusions.
• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics or related field.
• Practical habits around quality assurance and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI reporting and analysis of pipeline health, bookings, win rates, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain Excel models and reporting tools.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data analysis and automation.
• Extract and clean data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
• Document data definitions and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards with Power BI.
