Real Chemistry in Boston seeks a curious Business Analyst to turn complex commercial data into clear, trusted insights guiding business decisions. As part of Revenue Analytics, you’ll support KPI reporting, forecasting, and go-to-market priorities using Excel, AI-enabled tools, and data visualization.

This hands-on role involves data extraction from Salesforce and NetSuite, building reliable models, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with large or imperfect datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and data reconciliation.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analytics or related field.
• QA, documentation, and reproducibility habits.
• Clear written and verbal communication for business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools for analysis and workflow improvement.
• Exposure to KPIs, sales processes, Salesforce, or CRM data is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of pipeline health, bookings performance, win rates, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain Excel models and reporting tools with advanced formulas.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Extract, blend, and clean data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
• Reconcile analytical outputs to systems of record and document data definitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and deliver insights.
