Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL, seeks a Revenue Analyst to ensure efficient department operations and to provide leadership on revenue accounting and recognition across the hotel's revenue streams. The role interfaces with Sales, Operations and Marketing to align objectives and drive performance.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism, with 2+ years in revenue analysis; MBA is a plus, and there are two direct reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• MBA would be an asset.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Analyst.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue Analyst is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. The Revenue Analysthas responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations. The Revenue Analystis also responsible for royalty accounting and invoicing, and has two direct reports.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset. Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Analyst, Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
