Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Yield & AI Enablement Analyst in Miami (Doral) to drive pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and AI-enabled decision workflows across our global aviation fuel portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and IT to maximize profitability and transform data into actionable insights using BI tools and AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with pricing analysis, yield or revenue management, or related analytics.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake or cloud data environments.
• Experience with workflow automation or orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Codex, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify revenue opportunities and optimize pricing across aviation fuel portfolios.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate customer performance and pricing actions.
• Monitor pricing changes and measure impact on revenue and margins; deliver insights.
• Transform data into actionable business recommendations for leadership.
• Support AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives across teams.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of pricing outputs and automated processes.
