World Fuel Services in Miami (Doral) is seeking a data-driven Yield & AI Enablement Analyst to optimize pricing and profitability across our global aviation fuel business.

You will partner with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and IT to design AI-powered workflows, analyze performance with Tableau and SQL, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions that improve revenue and margins.

Qualifications

Yield & AI Enablement Analyst Location: Miami (Doral), FL Hybrid: 3 days per week in office Drive Revenue. Optimize Performance. Help Shape the Future of AI at World Fuel. World Fuel is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Yield & AI Enablement Analyst to help maximize profitability across our global aviation fuel business.

This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, revenue optimization, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies, providing a unique opportunity to influence both business performance and the future of AI-enabled decision making. You will work closely with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and Technology teams to identify revenue and margin opportunities, improve pricing performance, and help transform business knowledge into scalable AI-powered workflows and tools. What You’ll Do

• Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization
  • Analyze account profitability, gross profit, margins, fuel volume, customer activity, and transaction performance across aviation fuel portfolios.
  • Identify pricing opportunities, margin leakage, account performance trends, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Partner directly with Sales teams to evaluate customer performance and recommend pricing actions that balance growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Monitor pricing changes and measure impact on revenue, margins, customer activity, and market competitiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply, Finance, Revenue Management, Data, and IT teams to improve pricing effectiveness and business performance.
• Data Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Utilize Tableau and other business intelligence tools to analyze performance trends, customer activity, pricing effectiveness, and market dynamics.
  • Query and analyze data using SQL and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Investigate performance variances, pricing anomalies, and business trends to uncover actionable opportunities.
  • Transform complex data into clear, business-focused recommendations.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Perform quality reviews of pricing outputs and automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• AI Enablement & Innovation
  • Identify commercial and operational processes that can be enhanced through AI, automation, and intelligent workflow design.
  • Document pricing methodologies, decision frameworks, business rules, escalation paths, and operational knowledge for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into reusable AI instructions, workflows, and knowledge assets.
  • Partner with AI, Data, and Technology teams to design, test, and improve AI-powered tools and agent-based workflows.
  • Develop validation criteria and governance controls to ensure quality, transparency, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled decision support capabilities across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in pricing analysis, yield or revenue management, commercial analytics, business intelligence, customer success, solutions consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business recommendations.
• Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and cloud-based data environments, preferably Snowflake.
• Experience working with workflow automation, business process improvements, or orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional business partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, aviation services, fuel distribution, energy, transportation, commodities, or another high-volume transaction environment.
• Background in B2B pricing, customer profitability analysis, margin management, or revenue optimization.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives, automation programs, knowledge management, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience with Python, workflow platforms such as n8n, or flight-tracking and operational data sources.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and data quality principles.
