Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead revenue recognition, cost of revenue reporting, and treasury administration for a large syndicated debt facility in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accurate GAAP compliance (ASC 606), month-end close, and data-driven insights. A CPA with 5+ years in accounting and ERP experience (NetSuite) is preferred, along with strong Excel and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; MBA/MAcc a plus.
• CPA certification required/preferred; Public accounting plus industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with SQL query construction and data visualization is highly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or other major ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue recognition and cost of revenue processes and reporting per US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Own treasury administration and liquidity reporting for debt facilities.
• Perform month-end close with complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop SOPs; drive automation and process improvements.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analytics for leadership.
