Job summary

Williams is seeking a Revenue Accounting Supervisor in UT Salt Lake City. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, oversee revenue and gas balancing for FERC-regulated businesses, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You’ll collaborate on policy, filings, and audits, and drive process improvements for stronger controls. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 6+ years of experience, with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of multifaceted accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and controls.
• Experience with FERC regulations and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of revenue accounting professionals.
• Supervise revenue accounting and gas balancing for FERC-regulated businesses.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with partners on policy, rate filings, and audits.
• Review ASC 606 implications in contracts and provide recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and automation to strengthen controls.
