Qualifikationen

• Freight brokerage billing, AR, and collections experience.
• Fluency with Revenova and Accounting Seed, including data flow to GL.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, including 2+ years leading people.
• Proven ability to design and implement processes and controls.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end invoicing from load delivery to invoice release.
• Drive billing for linehaul, fuel surcharge, and accessorials; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead AR aging, collections strategy, and dispute resolution with operations/sales.
• Ensure accurate cash application across checks, ACH, wires and lockbox.
• Design and implement revenue accounting processes, controls and policies.
• Lead Revenova and Accounting Seed implementations and integrations.
• Develop reporting on DSO, aging and cash forecasting for leadership.
