Higgsfield AI is seeking a Revenue Accountant to own the accounts receivable process end-to-end, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and a superior customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure accurate contract setup and billing.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, improves processes, and supports ASC 606 revenue recognition, including consumption-based models.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 - 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue automation tools such as Stripe, HubiFi, or Zuora.
• Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, consumption-based pricing, or usage-based billing models.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude); prior AI experience isn't required, but a willingness to learn and adopt new tools is expected.
• Experience improving accounting processes and implementing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end invoicing process and AR aging; monitor collections and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead AR collections; escalate issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Handle customer and payment inquiries; resolve billing questions and streamline support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Legal to ensure accurate contract setup and billing.
• Support revenue recognition under ASC 606 with emphasis on consumption-based revenue.
• Drive month-end close deliverables, including journal entries and related reconciliations.
