Job summary

Artera is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition across SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services, with deep ASC 606 expertise.

You will partner with AI builders to redesign revenue workflows, automate invoicing and close processes, and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires leadership in NetSuite invoicing and deferred revenue management, plus collaboration with executive teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions and services.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end revenue processes and reconciliations.
• Strong contract analysis and compliance skills for complex multi-product deals.
• Experience collaborating on AI/automation initiatives in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue recognition schedule across SaaS subscriptions, usage-based fees, and professional services.
• Review customer contracts for multiple performance obligations, variable consideration, and renewals.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue workflows.
• Oversee NetSuite invoicing for recurring and usage-based billing; manage deferred revenue schedules.
• Execute month-end close for revenue accounts and provide variance commentary for leadership.
