Qualifications

The Revenue Accounting Manager will manage the daily operations of the Company’s revenue cycle through design, implementation, and management of all business functions and procedures of the revenue process. This includes such procedures as contract review, revenue recognition policies, systems implementations, revenue/deferred revenue reconciliations and managing outside auditors.This position will be reporting to the Accounting Director.

• Review contracts and modifications to determine appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with ASC 606.

• Review contracts for non standard term, execute sales contracts on a monthly basis.

• Manage and design our revenue automation tool (Right Rev).

• Perform monthly close duties while ensuring data integrity between our systems.

• Review and document new revenue recognition policies, implementing new processes company wide as deemed necessary.

• Act as an SME for all things Revenue.

• Review customer billing process making revenue adjustments when necessary.

• Support external audits of the company’s financial statements, including preparation of audit schedules and other audit deliverables as requested.

• Assist in SOX implementation and maintenance.

• Highly detailed, organized, and able to handle multiple competing deadlines.

What You Have

• 5+ years overall experience in revenue accounting with a Software or SaaS company

• Public accounting experience and CPA.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with experience in the application of ASC 606 and SOX 404.

• Demonstrated ability and motivation to work collaboratively across regions and functions, as well as working independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong systems experience-Knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Right Rev is preferred.
