CB Partners is partnering with a well-established, multi-location consumer brand seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join its growing finance team.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role supporting a business with a large operational footprint and significant transactional volume. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting fundamentals with a process-oriented mindset and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, influence key business initiatives, and partner across the organization to enhance financial processes, improve reporting capabilities, and support continued growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related financial activity
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business leaders to improve reporting and decision-making capabilities
  • Drive initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership throughout the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to enhance controls, accuracy, and scalability
  • Support business growth through thoughtful analysis, problem-solving, and process development
  • Serve as a key resource for revenue-related accounting matters and operational initiatives
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Progressive accounting experience, including leadership or people management responsibilities
  • Background supporting high-volume transactional environments
  • Experience within retail, restaurant, hospitality, consumer products, franchise, or other multi-location business models preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
  • Ability to build relationships across departments and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
