Qualifications

• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and reconciliations.

• Ensure revenue activity reconciles across systems and with the general ledger.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and documentation for audit readiness.

• Manage the monthly revenue close process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of multiple revenue streams
• Oversee the end-to-end revenue accounting process, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses
• Analyze revenue trends and other key business drivers to identify variances, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
• Ensure revenue activity is accurately reconciled across operational and financial systems and properly reflected in the general ledger
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, support business initiatives, and drive process improvements
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
