Job summary

LST Group LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager in a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end billing, AR, and cash application, driving process design and technology implementation to scale the function.

Qualifications

• Freight brokerage billing, AR, collections or revenue accounting experience.
• Hands-on fluency in Revenova and Accounting Seed.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years leading people.
• Proven ability to design and improve processes and controls.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting within Salesforce-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer invoicing from load delivery to invoice release.
• Lead AR, collections strategy and month-end reconciliations.
• Ensure cash application across checks, ACH, wires and lockbox.
• Design and document revenue accounting processes, controls and policies.
• Lead and develop the revenue accounting team and partner with operations.
