Job summary

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Manager, Revenue Accounting to lead ASC 606 technical accounting for subscription revenue. You will manage complex revenue processes, collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, and Legal on non-standard terms, and ensure accurate month-end close in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires deep ASC 606 knowledge, Big 4 public SaaS experience, and the ability to produce audit-ready memos and SSP analyses. CPA preferred; Workday and Anaplan experience valued.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years focused on ASC 606 in SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license preferred.
• Deep mastery of ASC 606 framework, SSP, and contract modification accounting.
• Experience with ERP and revenue systems (Workday, Anaplan) and financial modeling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly revenue close and complex revenue schedules.
• Prepare period-end ASC 606 disclosures and revenue metrics reports.
• Author technical memos documenting revenue recognition for multi-element arrangements.
