Job summary

GEODIS is hiring for a warehouse operations role in Roanoke, TX. You will track hours, supervise a team across accounts, and coordinate shipping schedules with the CSR and supervisor to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities include safely handling inbound freight, preparing products for shipment, and performing pick tasks that align with customer and company standards. A reliable forklift operator with MS Office skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with related experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience or training; equivalent education accepted.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Synapse training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours in account and provide feedback.
• Direct a team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor on shipping schedules and labor for rework projects, cycle counts.
• Unload and move inbound freight safely; prepare product for shipment.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
