Job summary

GEODIS in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Warehouse Returns Team Lead to supervise the returns workflow, guide the team, and coordinate with CSR and Operations on schedules and cycle counts. You’ll ensure safe, accurate, and timely processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of related experience, Stand Up Forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and write simple reports.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Tracks employee hours in account and provides feedback.
• Directs team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment with exact quantity and type loaded.
• Performs picking duties to meet customer and company standards.
