Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center or catalog/internet/apparel operations is preferred.
• Ability to listen to instructions, complete tasks in a friendly, service-oriented manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to file documents accurately using alphabetic or numeric filing systems.
• Ability to read UPS, FedEx, and USPS labels to distinguish and process each.
• Strong communication with teammates to build a productive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle return department processes including mail sorting, package opening, materials handling, product refurbishing, restocking and vendor returns.
• Conduct quality control by verifying item condition against packing slips and documenting damaged products.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
• Process credit and exchange orders.
