Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center environment preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle return department processes including mail sorting, package opening, materials handling, refurbishing, restocking, and vendor returns.
• Conduct quality control by verifying item conditions against packing slips and documenting damages.
• File and retrieve documents and reports.
• Process credit and exchange orders.
