Job summary

Agri-Fab, Inc. is seeking a Returns and Restock Specialist to join the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing returns, and issuing RA numbers, while supporting parts and QA workflows.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and forklift operation license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication and problem-solving skills; and a team-oriented approach to improve processes across the DC and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions.
• Enter part orders and write unit orders; issue Return Authorizations.
• Handle RA numbers and process returns daily.
• Distribute manuals, catalogs, warranty information to customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the Returns area.
