Responsibilities

• Track and compile return data to identify areas of concern.
• Inspect returned items after delivery to ensure proper return coding.
• Gather information from customers about potential reasons for returns.
• Solve potential issues during the return process.
• Prepare items for the billing department.
• Identify products by item number.
• Accurately identify return scores.
• Address driver issues regarding load out.
• Communicate with customers to gather additional data.
• Report findings to immediate supervisor.
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values.
