Job summary

DHL is seeking a Seasonal Returns Processor in Lebanon, PA, on-site. The role opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans items, and places freight in proper locations.

Work hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift. This seasonal position offers potential full-time opportunity after 90 days and a starting pay of $17.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Material handling equipment certification preferred.
• Six Months Warehouse Experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product, using powered equipment as needed.
• Verify item packaging for scanning.
• Ensure accurate processing of freight in the scanning system.
• Identify items requiring special processing or separation.
• Ensure scanned freight reaches the correct destination.
• Stack and tape pallets safely.
• Observe safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Role Purpose

Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.

Key Accountabilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
• Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
• Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
• Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
• Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
• Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
• Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
