Job summary

Varsity Spirit, part of Varsity Brands, has an opening for a Returns Processor at our Bartlett, TN distribution center. You will receive, evaluate, and process returns, exchanges, and credits while coordinating with Sales and Internal departments to ensure accurate remake orders and timely credits.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/returns environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Process returns entered by Sales Reps in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to prevent repeat errors.
• Arrange shipping to external locations for inspections or alterations.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and Accounting for customer satisfaction.
