Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Data Capture and Scanning Unit, Document Control Unit, and Error Correction Unit.
• Manage daily operations and ensure timely, accurate production in a high-volume setting.
• Learn duties of the Section Manager and perform them in the absence of the Manager.
• Process multiple tax types in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
