Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership required.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes needed.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Solid computer skills; experience with ERP/WMS a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the loading/unloading of trucks and verify shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through documentation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Train and support warehouse staff in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor workflow for improvements.
