Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Back-End Clerk in Florence, KY to support the Receiving Office and store operations.

You will process customer returns, assist with receiving shipments, and maintain accurate records of return transactions and inventory movements. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, handling RTV/RTM processes, ensuring proper labeling and storage, and supporting stock room and backroom organization while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with store inventory receiving and administration.
• Warehouse data entry or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience communicating with vendors or customers regarding returns or contract fulfillment.
• Retail experience handling returns or processing refunds.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns following company policies and procedures.
• Assist with receiving shipments, including unloading trucks and verifying merchandise against shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of return transactions and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor credits and replacements per guidelines.
• Sort and disposition returned merchandise (restock, return, dispose) based on policy.
• Ensure merchandise is labeled, stored, and routed to correct locations.
