Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Returns Fraud & Abuse Strategy to lead analysis, design policy, and drive end-to-end technology implementations in support of loss prevention and fraud prevention across the retailer.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Credit Services (Payments Fraud), you will manage cross-functional projects, partner with vendors, and translate data insights into preventive controls that reduce financial risk while enabling smooth returns processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• MBA is preferred for strategic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Office, analytics tools and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Guides fraud strategy and partners with third-party solutions providers.
• Leads cross-functional projects to prevent returns fraud and abuse.
• Designs and implements processes to reduce losses and boost awareness.
• Manages vendor relationships and program governance.
