Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking for team members to support the member shopping experience by processing and sorting damaged or defective merchandise, and handling returns while upholding club standards and policies.

Responsibilities include obtaining vendor returns, re-wrapping sellable items, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort damaged or defective and/or returned merchandise.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and re-wrap sellable merchandise.
• Support club policies, procedures and compliance, and maintain safe, positive environment.
• Maintain accurate signage and organized workspace; assist in other departments as needed.
