Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a dependable team member to execute departmental inventory counts, process damaged or defective items, and manage vendor returns to minimize salvage and improve stock accuracy.

You will work cross-functionally across departments to ensure policy compliance, safety, and a positive member experience while maintaining the WOW club standards and a clean, organized selling floor.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute departmental inventory counts and control processes.
• Process damaged/defective merchandise and vendor returns.
• Maintain accurate stock status and assist with salvage and donations.
• Follow safety, signage and organization standards daily.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet club policies and goals.
