Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, or vendor return procedures.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and process merchandise returns.
• Maintain accurate stock/inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned items.
• Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings.
• Support inventory counts and reconcile return reports.
• Wrap and reseal sellable merchandise per packaging guidelines.
