Job summary

Block Imaging seeks a Returns Coordinator to ensure imaging parts are received, evaluated, and processed accurately to restore value. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

• Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate return quality claims for triage, testing, and processing.

• Authorize customer credits and manage exchange-related financials.
• Oversee exchange workflows, reminders, document generation, and stock resolution.
• Provide customer reporting and support quality review meetings.
• Analyze quarterly quality metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop and refine quality and parts-validation processes.

Job Description Statement:

The Returns Coordinator plays a vital role in restoring value by ensuring imaging parts are received, evaluated, and processed with accuracy and care. Through organized workflows and thoughtful communication, this role helps maintain the integrity of the supply chain and supports teams who serve healthcare partners around the world. By turning returned parts into renewed opportunities, the Returns Coordinator contributes directly to the mission of keeping life-saving imaging equipment moving forward.

Essential Job Duties:

• Review and validate all return quality claims to ensure proper triage, timely processing, and accurate internal testing.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve quality claims, negotiate restock fees/credits, and troubleshoot issues.
• Authorize customer credits and manage exchange-related financials, including deposit credits, refunds, and high-dollar additional bills.
• Execute and oversee exchange workflows, including reminders, return document generation, vendor exchanges, and stock-check item resolution.
• Provide customer reporting and facilitate quality review meetings to maintain transparency and support strong relationships.
• Analyze and update quarterly quality metrics, using insights to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop and refine quality and parts-validation processes, including models for external customer validation.
• Other duties as assigned.
