Job summary

Maui Jim Sunglasses is seeking a Returns Processor for 1st shift in the United States. You will inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal eyewear, clean items, and process credits with careful data entry in SAP.

Responsibilities include maintaining an average of 18 entries per hour, conducting inventory on return carts, and determining return stock for credits as required. Benefits accompany the role as described.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience; technical or repair background.
• GED and 2-3 years customer service experience as an alternative.

The major function of this position is:

Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay: $17/hour

Desired Qualifications:

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

• High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience. Technical or repair background.

In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:

• GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.
