Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group is seeking a Returns Associate to manage daily check-in, upkeep of claims and dealer returns, and coordination with Receiving for restocking and credits to Ford and GM. The role also involves processing Ford/GM claims and setting up RMAs.

Work is on-site in Houston, full-time with a daytime shift and possible overtime. Strong attention to detail and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
