Job summary

Frank Kent Family of Brands in Houston, Texas is seeking a Returns Associate to handle daily check-ins and maintain claims and dealer returns, aligning credits with Ford and GM as required. The on-site role demands attention to detail, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with occasional weekend overtime.

You will collaborate with Receiving to restock items, process RMAs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships.
• Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments.
• Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors.
• Ford and GM claims processing.
• Set up RMAs.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

About the role
